COVID-19 PROCEDURES

The health of our customers is paramount, so we have implemented all measures, recommendations and guidelines to minimize the risk of transmission of Covid 19. We apply all measures as established in the Protocol for the management and prevention of Covid 19 in Tourism and Lodging.

DISINFECTION OF COMMON AREAS

We use cleaning protocols, products and frequency for the disinfection of the reception, lobby, corridors, bathrooms, restaurants and other common areas of the hotel.

DISINFECTION OF FOOTWEAR

For the sanitization of your footwear, our hotel has a footbath at each entrance and soap dispensers with alcohol gel that must be used by each guest.

USE OF MASKS

We use cleaning protocols, products and frequency for the disinfection of the reception, lobby, corridors, bathrooms, restaurants and other common areas of the hotel.

SOCIAL DISTANCE

When you arrive at the reception desk, you will find safety signs on the floor, which will help remind you of the need to maintain the recommended distance.

DISINFECTION OF YOUR BELONGINGS

Your luggage will be disinfected by hotel staff when you enter our facilities.

TEMPERATURE CHECK

All persons entering the hotel must measure their temperature and complete a health record.

CAPACITY AT BREAKFASTS

In addition, in order to respect the capacity of our breakfast service, you will be asked to define a schedule during your stay.
